Villa Hedera XVI is a comfy escape nestled in the tranquil setting of Osojnik in Dubrovnik’s Primorje region, offering a perfect blend of modern comfort, privacy, and picturesque surroundings. Ideal for families or groups, this stunning villa features a private swimming pool, a gym, and breathtaking views of the nearby hills, creating the ultimate retreat for a peaceful Mediterranean getaway.
The villa is thoughtfully designed across two floors.
First Floor:
Living Room and Dining Area: A spacious and elegantly furnished living room seamlessly connected to a cozy dining area, perfect for gatherings and relaxation.
Fully Equipped Kitchen: A modern kitchen with everything you need, including a dishwasher, coffee maker, and more.
Toilet: A separate guest toilet for added convenience.
Bedroom: One double bedroom (bed size 180x200 cm) with an en suite bathroom, providing both comfort and privacy.
Summer Kitchen: A fully equipped covered kitchen, perfect for preparing meals al fresco.
Second Floor:
Three Bedrooms:
Two bedrooms with double beds (180x200 cm), each with en suite bathrooms.
One bedroom with a smaller double bed (140x200 cm) and an en suite bathroom.
Balcony: One of the bedrooms features a large private balcony, offering stunning views and a peaceful spot to unwind.
Outdoor and Additional Amenities:
Gym: A private gym located below the villa, complete with its own bathroom for convenience.

Osojnik is a charming village located in the Dubrovnik Primorje region, just a short drive from the historic city of Dubrovnik. Although Osojnik feels wonderfully secluded, it is still conveniently connected by road to Dubrovnik (approximately 20 minutes by car) and other nearby attractions. However, due to its quiet and remote location, we recommend stocking up on groceries and essentials before arriving at the villa.
