  • Located in Babin Kuk, Lapad, this studio with a terrace and sea view offers convenient access to both the beach and the vibrant pedestrian area filled with bars and restaurants. After a day of exploring the city and its surroundings, you can unwind on your private terrace, enjoying the stunning views over Lapad Bay and the Adriatic Sea. This area offers beaches, cafes, restaurants, and local markets, and it’s the perfect base for exploring the city.
    The studio features a comfortable double bed (180x200 cm), a cozy sitting and dining area, a fully equipped kitchenette, and a private bathroom. Spanning 30 sqm, it also includes a furnished terrace with a breathtaking sea view. The kitchenette is equipped with a stove, fridge, electric kettle, microwave, and kitchen utensils, while the bathroom offers a shower and a hairdryer for your convenience.

    This is a studio apartment.
    A studio apartment is a self-contained apartment where the bedroom, living area, and kitchenette are all in one open-plan room.
    The bathroom is private, en-suite, and directly connected to the studio.


    Lapad is part of Dubrovnik (actually the peninsula) situated just a few kilometers away from Old Town. The connection with an Old Town is very good and the bus goes very frequently. It is a relatively new part of Dubrovnik compared to the history of the Old town. In the past, it was the residence of local merchants and nobility but now it is becoming the biggest residential part of Dubrovnik. The majority of hotels and villas are situated in this part of Dubrovnik.
    Lapad, the area with lots of good restaurants, places to stay, pedestrian areas, and beautiful beaches with magnificent sunsets. Not so crowded as in the Old Town but only 10 min away by a local bus it represents the perfect place to stay.

Stunning apartment with fabulous views. The beds were comfortable, the living room was spacious with sliding doors to a comfortable seating area on the balcony. Close to the beach and nice walks. Supermarkets and restaurants all in walking distance. Would definitely visit again.
