“The property we stayed in was in perfect condition. Everything was clean and smelled fresh. It was easy to access and located centrally in Dubuque. Communication with Ken always goes smoothly and he gives great instructions to gain access to his VRBOs.Our only issue was that it was more than a six minute walk to Loras College, which was the main reason we chose this spot. Not a huge deal, we just had to adjust some things - otherwise everything was perfect and we will definitely stay at Ken’s……

“My 6 day stay ended up being almost 3 weeks. The host was wonderful working with me, She provided additional supplies when needed. Even coffee! With my extended stay I used the laundry room quite a bit which was so convenient. I love to cook and this place had better cookware and supplies than any previous rentals I have had.
