The main floor is a wide open space ready for fun or relaxation. We pulled out all the stops with this place from a one of a kind bar, dart board, smart TV, plus fast and free internet, and Hulu Live. With Sofa sleeper it sleeps 6.

The backyard is perfect to spend the night under the stars. There is plenty of
off street parking. We welcome you to our home!

Terrific Townhouse in Dubuque

We had a great stay! The townhouse is exactly as pictured. It has everything you need for a stay. We only stayed for one night, but found it to be decorated nicely, super clean, and in a nice neighborhood close to anything you might want to do while in Dubuque.

Very nice, cute, clean place to stay.

Stayed here with 2 kids for a family reunion. Appears to be recently renovated, quiet neighborhood and very nicely decorated. Absolutely loved the place. Hosts were great, very responsive and would recommend.

Great Getaway

We had a family reunion in the area so really just needed a place to sleep! This was the perfect place. Bonus fenced in backyard for puppy to run! Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect Little Place

Close to everything we wanted to see. We have small children and wanted to be able to go back to our lodging in between activities for meals and naps. This was super convenient and we loved being able to cook and eat like we normally would instead of so much eating out.

We enjoyed our stay. The property was very clean and beds were comfortable. Although, if traveling with smaller children, please keep in mind the stairs are very steep. The owner was very responsive. We would stay again.

Hands down the most comfortable bed i have ever slept in. Just a few blocks walk to the Fenelon Place Elevator makes getting downtown to the restaurants ideal.

Beautiful, comfortable, quiet

I loved this townhouse. Comfortable, quiet, easy access to downtown and to other areas in Dubuque. Take the Fenelon elevator! Worth the view and the historic significance. The houses in the area are beautiful. The place was decorated nicely and had everything I needed for a business stay including space to set up my ‘office’ space in the kitchen. Comfortable beds, great shower, easy in and out. The steep stairs and step up to the bedrooms on the second floor with bathroom on the first floor should be mentioned in the description. Definitely would have been difficult for anyone who gets up in the night or who are older.

The property was as described - very clean, kitchen well stocked, comfortable beds. It should be noted that it does have stairs to enter/exit most rooms, including the kitchen and bedrooms. Just a heads up for families with small children and people with limited mobility.
