We had a great time at the Arlington Cottage! The house was very clean, well stocked bathrooms and kitchen. The game room was a hit and the fireplaces were so cozy to sit by. There are a lot of winding stairs in the house which can be a little tricky for younger and older guest but overall house was fantastic!

Very clean and spacious. Three levels of living space makes for a mostly quiet stay. Really enjoyed using the kitchen. Everything we needed was provided. Also was able to enjoy playing ping pong. Highly recommend this property.

Girls Get Away
We loved all the space for a girls trip to celebrate our friends’ birthdays. There were plenty of room for everyone. We all loved the bedrooms and layout. Some could stay up and do the games downstairs while others could go to their room. We loved how close it was too all the restaurants and location to casino and shopping! Charming Property
Very charming property with several unique qualities, resulting in a unique experience. Only significant issue is the property is in need of a deep spring cleaning. Baseboards covered in dust and hair, food in and under microwave, etc.

Great House!
The house was as advertised. It was very clean and organized and had exactly the starter items we needed to survive the first night since we arrived late. It is in a great neighborhood and worth a walk around the block to enjoy the great view over the city. There are stairs that lead down the bluff into downtown. We actually walked to breakfast at Birdies Bistro about 10 minutes away and to the beautiful library which is even closer. We would definitely stay again!! We enjoyed our time in this home!

Very nice
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house was in a very convenient area, close to downtown. It had all the amenities we wanted. Sitting on the deck was relaxing and quiet. The game room was awesome. It was an interesting layout & has a large kitchen, which was nice for us as we like to cook together. All I all very nice.

Connecting with High School classmates
Group of 4 classmates and one spouse stayed at this very clean VRBO on the hills above Dubuque. The house was as described with nice seating areas both inside and out. Comfortable beds and 3 nice bathrooms. Flight of stairs to main level and to bedrooms was not a problem for our group. The kitchen and appliances had what we needed to enjoy time together. The coffee bar was much appreciated. History of the home was interesting and fun activities near by. We walked 4 miles on Heritage Pond trail and 1 in group later biked 25 miles on same trail. Rode Fenelon Place Elevator built in July 1882. Enjoy Dubuque and this home!
