"What a contrast to my last hotel (Balmoral Lodge, Southport ). St Michael's was everything I want from a B&B and more. Beautiful vintage furniture, period features, immaculately clean, lovely owner, great atmosphere. Loved it and the presence of a coffee machine, a fridge and a balcony (looking over the garden) made this a great experience. . "Nice staff, a lot of information provided. Off street parking is just next to the hotel. Lidl’s within short walking distance. Rooms and the building itself are little tired. Bathroom was a tiny one, but everything worked fine (except the extractor fan). Decorating was little outdated. But if you are looking for affordable stay overnight or few nights stay, then I would recommend it."

"This is our second stay at the Firth Hotel and really enjoyed it again. The rates are very competitive and cheerful as well as not breaking the bank are massive pluses. The rooms are clean, lovely sea view, very quiet, staff make check in easy. It's peaceful and a lovely staycation destination. Rooms despite being budget have a fan and a fridge as well as hairdryer, iron and decent pillows. The Smugglers bar is not far away with comfy seats and friendly locals and reasonable drink and food prices. For the price we paid, thought it was good value, good accommodation, good location, good staff and good experience. Will be back and thanks for having us."

"The cottage was very clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. The view is just stunning - watching the sunset was incredible and we were lucky enough to see dolphins twice. The telescope was a fantastic bonus. We have fallen in love with Findochty and Cullen so we have every intention of coming back! Thank you so much it’s a lovely property."
