Lovely villa for group family holidays

Property was everything we hoped it would be. Nice pool & hot tub, good facilities, big bedrooms all with their own bathrooms. Host was very accomodating & helpful.

Exceptional villa and the service was excellent

It is very rare that a holiday rental beats my expectations but Villa Tina was perfect for our group of 6 ladies celebrating a birthday.What stood out was that the communication with Ana was just fabulous, she answered queries almost immediately and communicated very well. She also provided us with the best welcome pack which went over and above anything I’d ever received before.The villa was spotless, the bedrooms were huge and everything really was quality. We loved the hot tub and pool and the location was excellent as the bus stop to get to Omis or Split was within 100 metres of the villa, so easy to get around if you do not wish to hire a car. Would I recommend? 100%!Thanks Ana, what a star!!!

Family holiday

We had a brilliant week at Villa Tina, the villa was perfect for us all, rooms very spacious and clean! Everyone had their own space but then the lovely covered terrace area was perfect for dinners outside all together. There was 10 of us with 7 adults and 3 children and we all found it a lovely place to stay. Sun loungers were great, we made use of the outdoor bbq one night too. Taxis into Omis were so easy to arrange but the restaurants nearby mainly the hotel plaza rooftop restaurant were perfect. The beach is very close to the villa as well and had a nice beach bar for lunch and drinks. We also hired jet skis from there one day which was brilliant fun. We would recommend the villa and area for those wanting to be out of the hustle and bustle of the main areas, there is a shop within walking distance as well. We didn’t want to leave and would go back again for a relaxing week in the sun (ignoring the one day it rained but was still warm).

Family holiday

The house is very well equipped and has everything you need. Two bedrooms downstairs, to reach the other bedrooms you have to go outside and go through another door and go upstairs. The bedrooms are fantastic, you have your own bathroom, balcony and fridge. Close to the beach, just over the street. The house owner is so helpful! Unfortunately is the traffic situation chaotic, it’s impossible to get around with a car daytime. We tried to take to take the bus to Split by we had to jump of halfway because the bus almost stood still. It took 1 1/2 hour to go 10 km.

Erholung pur

Wir waren eine Woche in diesem wunderschönen Haus. Alles sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und sehr sauber, Küche und Grill alles vorhanden was man braucht. Parkplätze vor dem Haus, wir waren mit zwei Autos dort. Die supernetten Vermieter hatten uns sogar den Kühlschrank mit Getränken aufgefüllt und Obst zum Empfang hingestellt. Alles sehr unkompliziert und jede Menge Platz, Whirlpool und Pool top, schöne überdachte Sitzmöglichkeiten draußen, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Da wir Ostern da waren, sind noch einige Geschäfte und Lokale geschlossen gewesen, aber man findet auf jeden Fall etwas, auch zu Fuß erreichbar. Bus nach Omis und Split ist ganz in der Nähe, zum Meer kommt man wenn man die Straße überquert - für uns eine erholsame Woche, die wir in dem tollen Haus genießen durften.
