"The Villa is located in an elevated position with outstanding views although a new Villa is under construction right in front. The facilities and internal finishing is one of the best I ever experienced. Only downside is the pool is too small and very also very cold, the outside spaces are overlooked by neighbouring apartments, each time we made use of the garden or the barbecue the neighbouring guests are passing by in full view. We had an excellent stay, including having a meal at the house by local head chef Martin - which was a fabulous dinner of fresh local ingredients cooked to perfection. "Property is nice. Recently renovated. So the rooms are great to stay in. Spacious and great bathroom. It has a nice public small beach in front of the hotel if you don't want to move. Breakfast had limited choice but everything necessary. Staff is very friendly and helps with everything, especially parking. "

"Staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly. Breakfast buffet was amazing with loads of options - particularly recommend the poached eggs! Lots of tables to eat at. Rooftop bar had amazing views over the Adriatic Sea. Possibly the cleanest hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Only downsides were the area by the pool was small so you had to be up at the crack of dawn to get a sunbed at the side with shade cover and the gym onsite was tiny so, if more than 3 people, it’s a struggle to use any of the equipment. Would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone though!"

"It is very rare that a holiday rental beats my expectations but Villa Tina was perfect for our group of 6 ladies celebrating a birthday.What stood out was that the communication with Ana was just fabulous, she answered queries almost immediately and communicated very well. She also provided us with the best welcome pack which went over and above anything I’d ever received before.The villa was spotless, the bedrooms were huge and everything really was quality. We loved the hot tub and pool and the location was excellent as the bus stop to get to Omis or Split was within 100 metres of the villa, so easy to get around if you do not wish to hire a car. Would I recommend? 100%!Thanks Ana, what a star!!!"

"The house is every bit as gorgeous as the pictures- so spacious, beautifully decorated, and impeccably maintained. Sanjay gave us a warm welcome with a Croatian spread of fruit, cheese, meat and a special type of tortilla like spinach pie. We stayed one week. The pool is not able to be heated to a comfortable temperature in the cooler weather which was disappointing- we wanted to turn up the pool heat, or even the jacuzzi, especially for the toddler. Everything else was perfect - so close to Omis, beach restaurants, we made day trips to Split and Trogir and Makarska. Our 4 young adults did the Omis zip line and were exhilarated. Shooko bar is charming for a pizza dinner, cocktails and watching the sunset. "

"The villa was perfect for our family getaway - there were 6 adults and 4 children between 4 and 8. The villa had everything we needed and the host Ivan was very communicative and really helpful, offering to take us to the bigger supermarket if we needed it (which we didn’t as there was enough around for us to get by on - shops and cafes.) Omiš was quick and easy to get to on the bus and split was just over half an hour on the bus so really easy too! I would definitely recommend!"
