The access code for the outside door was not clearly stated in the material sent (unclear if the access code was supposed to open both outer door or room door) We had to access customer support and they were VERY kind and extremely patient. Make sure you leave time in the am for the little breakfast with pastries and coffee. Other guests were quiet and almost reverent of the beautiful space. The decor was charming!

The mansion itself is beautiful and well maintained. I think they did about as well as possible, but it's not possible to update an early 1900s house to all the modern amenities. The internet was spotty and the layout awkward. One thing that really needed work was the bed. It advertises "premium bed" and it was definitely not premium. Whenever we got onto the bed or moved on one side, it sounded like the bed was going to break. This could easily be fixed, so hopefully they do that soon. We did like the Frame TV in the room and all the various seating areas inside and out. Also, coffee and pastries in the morning were a nice touch. If you want a unique experience, this place is worthwhile. If you want modern amenities and comfort, it may not be the place.
