The hotel says they have breakfast available but for three days they didn`t offer it because of staffing shortage. I always pick a hotel that offers breakfast so we can start out right and don`t have to scramble for something to eat. Very upset for the price of the room and couldn`t through with their promise of a meal available.

One of the rooms was outdated and run down. The other was okay but small for two people, The restaurant was closed for breakfast. The pool was dirty and the jacuzzi was closed. Covered garage was dirty. We stayed one night but paid for two.

The room was beautifully decorated and very cleanly, filled with ammenities. The hotel was absolutely gorgeous, even while still under some renovations. Their hot tub was also under maintenance and was unavailable.

Hotel needs to be updated and cleaned (floor to ceiling) Our room was nasty. Remote stuck to the counter from whatever food. The Duluth Radisson is really a mixed bag of great and not so great things. First off, I'm OBSESSED with their retro 60's lobby. It's such a vibe. The rotating restaurant on the too floor is also wicked cool, though the menu was a little pedestrian. They have a pool, sauna and hot tub, but the latter was non-functional when we visited. The rooms were where the Radisson lost its luster. The view was spectacular. Seeing a skyview of Bentlyville from our room was pretty cool, and the higher you go, the more of the city you can see. That's really where the room positives ended. The rooms maintained the retro vibe, but some elements were updated where some just seemed tired & dated. The conversation chair, while unique accent piece, was also covered in stains. Yuck! The bathroom was crammed into the narrowest part of the wedge-shaped room, it was cramped. The door opened right into the toilet (you wouldn't be able to get the door open if someone was on the loo), and the sink was built right over the toilet, so setting a makeup or toiletree bag on the counter was a gamble as there was a solid chance they'd end up in the toilet. It was functional enough, but the decor gave it plenty of character to make up for the bizarreness of the layout. The worst part for me was the bed. I woke up in so much pain that we switched hotels for our second night. I absolutely LOVED the retro vibe, and the views, but I don’t know that I'd return.
