Beware, however, the hotel charged me a balance remaining between them and Expedia stating I needed to seek a refund from Expedia for them underpaying my stay. I paid the same price on Expedia as the advertised hotel rate. I was also charged for parking on property and did not. I’ve left messages since my stay for the GM and have not heard back him.」

「The property is excellent; the facilities are excellent BUT some of the staff need training in hospitality especially for an exceptional property in a historic area. I have been twice in the last 3 weeks due to work, and it was the same both times. Both times, I had multiple experiences at the front desk where staff didn't even look up from what they were doing and said, "Can I help you?" with exasperated facial expressions that appeared as if I was an annoyance or chore.
