「😊My Son & Daughter In law booked the Ranch for my Grandson's College Graduation & it was perfect! Kristen & Chris were so gracious & accommodating, they have an Amazing property, from private casitas for the guests, wonderful entertaing areas around the pool, bonfires, fabulous BBQ, swim up bar at the pool, multiple places to enjoy around the property. The main house worked well for all of us to gather for breakfast, visiting or just hanging out together..... the property is totally beautiful,...

「说是下午四点钟会给我们发房间密码，可是四点半也没有发。我们四点前就已经到达酒店，没有人，找不到人，找不到房间，因为是个民居改造而成。其实位置不是很好找。无奈之下我打了酒店预留电话才发给我号码。是怕我们不去入住还是怎么回事？搞不清楚。房间内非常脏，地面、卫生间甚至咖啡机内（装水处）都是灰尘、毛发。一看就是很久没有打扫。说是会有两瓶瓶装水饮用，可是什么也没有，幸亏我们自己带有饮用水。」

「The accommodation is spacious. 2 BR - 2 bath. The operational functionality was suspect. First, the electronic lock failed not once but twice. Jose was able to correct it remotely. Also none of the wall outlets in the master bedroom worked. (Fuse?) Then there was a key difficulty getting into the pool/jacuzzi area. And the jacuzzi jets weren’t operating. All in all, a commitment to general maintenance that was very disappointing!」
