Check in was good, able to get room early. Had to go back to office after 2pm to "officially " check in, driver license ect. Very plain basic room, lacks electrical outlets, afraind the 1 chair was was stable on pedestal, toilet was running nonstop, told on actual check in, was told plumber called, be in Monday. Quiet, easy access and descent comfort.

Comfortable stay for a good price!

If you are looking for a low cost/ no frills hotel, then I would suggest this one. This was my 3rd stay and if I'm back in Duncan and need a room, this would be my first choice.

There was cigarette burns on the carpet, paint peeling off the ceilings and walls, even the bathtub paint peeled off onto my shaving razor…. The staff was decent but the room could’ve been better for the price that we paid for the room.

Check in staff was great. Lots of hot water, but the shower curtain needs to be raised some so its not sitting in the bottom of the tub. Fridge and ac worked awesome. Comfortable and clean for a good price, would stay there again for sure. Sign not saying OYO anywhere made it difficult to find though

It was pretty good for the price! I'd go there again. I will just bring my own coffee. Breakfast isn't included, but to me it was no big deal. With the price savings I could get a decent breakfast and still save money.

Once again, it lived up to its reputation as the worst place to stay in Duncan. Property is poorly maintained and in need of fixing up in almost every respect. The only reason I stayed there is because my other choices were sold out. When we checked in, I think we were the only guests on the entire property.

Motel is lacking a lot of maintenance and housekeeping effort. Room smelled moldy, hair in the tub and walls, toilet hadnt been clean in i dont know how long. Around the sides and there was only 1 wall plug between the 2 beds and you have to get down on your knees to plug and unplug what you want. There was a power strip behind the refrigerator and table.
