“I wish I had a dollar for every time my wife said, “It’s so cute!” The setting was relaxing, bed was comfortable, shower was very nice, and the host was most friendly and accommodating. To be fair to any potential renter, we did not spend much time in the tiny house as we had other obligations. Understand, the word tiny means tiny. But this house was very clean and well decorated. Comfortable.”

“I stayed here with my son for his football camp which is located in Davenport, Fl. The entire process from the booking all the way to checking out was great. The studio was extremely clean and had all the amenities we needed. It is approximately 2-3 miles from restaurants, gas stations and Starbucks. The room was extremely quiet and when you close the two doors and the shades it’s an amazing darkness and will help you sleep. The bed was also amazing and the shower was hot. We would definitely……

“Our stay was very nice house was clean besides hair & dirty sheets In washer everything else was nice very quiet grandkids enjoyed they room my daughter & daughter law enjoyed they room master bed room I enjoyed over all I will no longer stay in hotels I’ll be booking again I’ll give it five stars again”

“Beautiful, clean, cozy apt. In the middle of the sunshine state. Loved the modern kitchen and bath! So many detailed touches to make our stay enjoyable! Plenty of fresh smelling towels, controls to fans and temperatures, and nice quiet neighborhood. Would definitely stay here again!”

“This place was perfect for us! We needed a 2/2 and it was clean and cozy. The location was just what we were looking for to go to Epcot and there was lots of yummy restaurants nearby! We would come here again!”

“I enjoyed myself at this beautiful property, I wanted to go on a relaxing vacation and this property really allowed me that. It was quiet, beautiful, and clean. My son did not want to leave he wanted to stay an extra day. My only concern was parking, I love the idea of wellness but when you are in the buildings in the back it’s a lot of walking lol 😂😂😂 especially when you left a restaurant. Overall this a spot you can enjoy with your family. Luxury, it feels like you are home. I recommend……

“I love booking with Florida Vacation Homes but was disappointed that I couldn’t get into the property for my early check in. The property was filthy on the outside in the back and front. The pool and spa cooled off on day 3 of my 7 day stay and I paid for them to be heated. The showers on the upper level were cold and little water flow. The cookware was minimum. The spa light was out. I saw mice out on the deck. It was not worth the amount I paid for it at all. I have stayed in homes in this……

“We had a lovely stay in this luxurious villa. 2 of the beds were very hard, so that is something te keep in mind, but didn't bother us. We had some minor issues that were quickly resolved.”
