“This property had a great layout and very spacious! The kitchen was stocked with the necessities. The bathrooms were also stocked well. Not those tiny bottles of shampoo and conditioner but full size pump bottles of shampoo, conditioner and body wash! So nice!! Owner was very easy to access and quick to answer all questions or address any concerns! We will definitely book with Louie again!!”

“This is my 2nd time booking a place thru Vrbo. I have to say Kim is the best host. My family of 9 drove from NJ/NY to Florida. She not only contacted me in advance but also made sure we were able to get into the house. The house is gorgeous. The pictures don’t do it justice. It was so comfy especially after driving 20hrs. It was quiet and peaceful. Kids couldn’t get enough of the pool. Definitely booking again when we come down next time. ❤️🌹”

“This is a whimsical and airy home with tons of room for a large family to play together or have their own space. The large screened patio with private pool and hottub were a great retreat between busy Disney days. It’s also just a short walk down the street to the community rec center which has an exceptional resort-quality pool and amenities. The parks are an easy drive or Uber. We loved the huge dining table, dual dishwashers, and dial refrigerators allowing for our family to cook and eat……

“I am glad I didn't listen to the reviews because we are more than satisfied with this stay, I won't lie after I booked it I was so concerned on the property not being anything as the picture and when I speak I speak on building 7 with Mark the property was exactly as pictured I arrived at 3:45 sat in the car until 4 pm but in those 15 minutes I was praying because my fiance is very picky so 4 pm hits we get out the car get our luggage and proceed to the door still praying lol once the door open……

“The property was wonderful and just as advertised…very clean, well stocked and extremely comfortable beds. The grounds were well maintained and the pool was wonderful and warm…plenty of seating although we reserved our spot usually by 10 am. The newly open restaurant and bar at the pool was an added bonus. We had never stayed in the Champions Gate area but once we got our bearing, we were able to find everything pretty easily…Disney Springs (we weren’t planning on going to any parks),……

“Our trip was due to our travel basketball team playing in the YBOA Magic Classic. Our coaching staff and basketball team stayed at the property. It was a great experience, the property owner was wonderful and very helpful/understanding to what we needed. We came back to Waycross GA with the championship trophies!!!! It was nice to have our team under one roof and bond a little as this was our first trip this season. Thank you so much!”

“Great place had everything we needed for”

“Getting in and out of the gated community was a hassle. The lines were insane and a couple of times the scanner was broken. Also, the lazy river at the Oasis clubhouse was disgusting.”

“Wifi didn't work until we complained on 2nd day. Tv was difficult to connect when we tried to watch superbowl. Also angry notes on pool side of the house about heat locks and the doors were left wide open (assuming from prior guests) which led to us being worried about getting charged for the whole stay.”

“The home was just what we needed for 12 women. Adequate rooms and bathrooms. Two rooms had to share one bath but that was ok for them. The home is in a great resort. That has great amenities. The home is beautiful. However, it could use some TLC. Tracy is the best. Very responsive, polite and helpful! I would stay here again if needed.”

“We loved our time here. Pool was clean, and warm, house was large, well laid out, and enjoyed the area. But there’s a lot of little things that would make it much better. Not enough dishes for everyone, so we got paper plates. Not enough towels. Some tvs didn’t work, which normally wouldn’t matter but we had a lot of rain. Beds were just a bottom sheet and a comforter which I thought was weird. No toilet paper, no hand soap. Cleanliness was just ok. I’m guessing the cleaning crew gets in and……

“We come every year for the cheerleading tournament, very safe, gated neighborhood, very responsive owner for any issues, and the only house in the last 6 years where the a/c was actually cold the entire stay!!!”

“I enjoyed myself at this beautiful property, I wanted to go on a relaxing vacation and this property really allowed me that. It was quiet, beautiful, and clean. My son did not want to leave he wanted to stay an extra day. My only concern was parking, I love the idea of wellness but when you are in the buildings in the back it’s a lot of walking lol 😂😂😂 especially when you left a restaurant. Overall this a spot you can enjoy with your family. Luxury, it feels like you are home. I recommend……
