「As with many things in life, it’s the people who make the difference, and that was certainly true here. We had a minor issue with our room, but the staff and manager were incredibly kind and apologetic. They immediately offered an upgrade to make things right. While we didn’t feel the upgrade was necessary (we actually loved our room), their willingness to go above and beyond really stood out and spoke volumes about their commitment to service. 「As a solo female traveler this hotel and this small town, I never once felt unsafe. Caterina is absolutely wonderful and such a sweet soul. The room was meticulously clean, beautifully decorated and modern, with extremely comfortable beds and pillows. It’s right in the city center around the corner for countless restaurants and the beach. Everyone I came across in Polignano a Mare is very friendly. Overall I’d come back in a heartbeat.」
