Everything you need for cooking in the kitchen. Lovely tidy and clean room. Friendly staff Blinds did not block out all of the light in the bedroom but it wasn't really an issue as we are early risers. Wifi is completely useless...you cannot use it to do little more than basic internet stuff. Don't expect to be able to watch any video content on the motel wifi. Sky TV did not work in our room

Amazing location

Our room was veru spacious, comfortable and clean. Amazing locations, waking distance to many restaurants and a 24 hrs convenience shop right next to it.

This is a nice affordable motel within walking distance to central Dunedin. Very clean & the owners are absolutely lovely. This motel is not over fancy but has everything you need.
