An excellent choice for an overnight stay to visit Dunkirk's War Museum the next day. Good choice for breakfast - set us up well for the day with good choice and tasty too. Many thanks

We Would Book Again.

Excellent location. The room was very comfortable, and the hotel was in good order. The automated check in worked better than expected. Pull the door dont push it as we did. We didnt have breakfast, but the restaurant looked good.

The hotel was really nice. The bed was very comfortable and the room was very clean. The automated check in was a little weird but worked easily; however, not having a desk attendant is problematic if there are issues. We couldn't get our heat or a/c to work, so it was a bit warm in the hotel. It was pretty convenient to walk to things. Overall it was nice, but a little different from a traditional hotel or airbnb.

Facilities ok. Good bed. Really needs air con on a hot night. No fans either. Access was automated but worked ok. Room was over hotel restaurant so we heard the fan and dishes clanging until it closed. Easy street parking nearby and short walk to town and 15min walk to Dunkirk war museum.

The area of hotel seems a hotspot for homeless people which wasn’t great. Noisy having the windows open and people and traffic outside. Very limited breakfast for 15 euros. It was okay Newly refurbished bathroom was nice.

The hotel was in a great location on the quai. The room was very well-appointed and spacious. The only downside was there was no one to help us in person; check-in was completely automated. There was no indication who to speak to if you needed anything (like toilet paper :)

We were very shocked by this property. I was not expecting much and it was one of the best properties that we have stayed in. We were lucky we came in the morning and they were serving breakfast as I would not have been able to figure out check in otherwise. And the key replacement system did not work for us. But because we came in the morning we were lucky and had people check us in. But back to the main point - our room was wonderful and isnt that what you want

Not what I expected. Automated check in which produced your key. No receipt. No front desk except thru resteraunt below, it was closed when we arrived. Air conditioning not working. Nice room. Check out thru restaurant.

There is nobody, but a machine to welcome you. But it was broken. After several trials the person in charge had to come and deliver me the key (10 mn waiting). The card is supposed to open the entrance door, but not that day because you need to know the code, that was not indicated anywhere. People are kind but they are not present. Considering the price, this hotel is to be avoided

No reception staff but a nice room

Our first impression of this hotel was unfortunately not a good one. We arrived at 4:00. The restaurant was closed and there was an automated system to get our room key. It asked for my last name but would not work on my repeated attempts. I did not have a phone to call anyone. Luckily another new guest arrived and called the hotel co tact for us. They had entered the wrong name and that is why it would not work. We missed going to the museum as we wasted time trying to sort this all out. The room however was very nice, clean and had a nice shower. It was also quiet. There was no room to store our bikes so we had to carry them up the stairs to our room. Would we stay again? Probably not. It’s not a cycle friendly hotel and having no reception does not work well for us.

Bon Hotel !

Très bien, la réception est pratique mais très impersonnel. Les serviettes de toilette mériteraient un coup de neuf car elles sont usées et grisonnantes mais propre. Sinon c’est globalement propre mais l’usure pourrait faire penser le contraire (douche, miroir grossissant…). Pour le service du petite dej très bien et les produits sont de qualités. IL Y A du vrai jus d’orange !!! Ce n’est pas la machine à jus concentré infecte. BRAVO c’est de plus en plus rare.

J'aime bien venir dans cet hôtel qui se situe à quelques centaines de mètres du centre ville et tout prés du port, l'hotel est très calme et les chambres très agréables.
