“The owners met us on arrival and gave us a tour showed us how to work the heater where to find things they were just amazing! They gave us our pin to mark our home on the map of all of their visitors and then brought us eggs and waffles in the morning made fresh from there free range chickens.”

“We enjoyed staying for the weekend, everything was nice and organized. The check in progress was very easy, and everything was jus perfect.”

“This is the second time we come to this peaceful house. And we plan to continue coming back in the future when we visit Kings Canyon National Park. The house is clean, comfortable and very quiet. We enjoyed spending time in the backyard playing board games at the end of our hikes. In the morning we enjoyed a cup of coffee while listening to the birds. Noah, the host, was always helpful and responded right away. He was very kind. This is one of the best houses we have stayed in our hiking……

“This is a country home, pure and simple- it’s an hour away from groceries and there’s stuff in the yard. But that’s the magic of this place…quiet, surrounded by nature (including Forest Service- and National parkland, bright stars, and a great place to throw a log in the stove and hang. The kitchen is well equipped (induction stove if you’re bringing an extra large pot for example), and the host was responsive and friendly. We’d definitely stay there again.”

“The house was very spacious, clean, and had plenty of items for us to use that we forgot to take. It was kind of hard to find because the address it gives takes you to a different house but besides that it was great. Would definitely recommend and we will definitely be coming back. ”
