“The river set up has lots of potential. The property had not been mowed/weedeated (probably from the recent rain), and my son stepped out of the truck in the parking area into a bed of fire ants. All beds and the one TV are upstairs. You share the property with another unit that is is pretty close proximity. I thought the cost for a one night stay was quite high after visiting. ”

“The host was very generous and she is a woman you can work with. Thank you”

“The communication was immaculate, the host was so friendly and welcoming. Will definitely be coming back”

“Great stay”

“They provided practically everything in the kitchen except food. The bathroom is stocked with soaps and shampoo. The refrigerator had an ice maker, and a small cooler is provided for keeping drinks cold during day trips. The beds were comfortable, and ceiling fans are available in both bedrooms.”

“Checked in after dark. The house numbers are hard to read at night. Nice found check in was a breeze. Nice, clean home. One fire alarm was chirping. Restful stay. In the future I would consider upgrading beds to king wherever possible. Thank you so much!!!”

“Has good communication and help in any detail we had”

“This property is quite remote and away from the hustle and bustle, but still an easy drive to Bandera. The cabin is cozy, and both the front and back porches are divine. We were lucky to witness a beautiful thunderstorm safely under cover of the porch, and it's a night we won't forget. Very much appreciate this cabin is pet friendly. Look forward to coming back again!”

“Perfect for next year summer vacation ”

“Cómodo, tranquilo y cerca de tiendas.”

“The location was about 15 mins from. Lackland AFB, which was important to us. The house is beautiful. Small backyard, which was perfect for us bc we had our son's dog with us. Took a little bit to figure out which switch was which, but we got it. If no one needs to sleep on the sofa in the game room I would recommend closing those doors and let the AC work for the main house. Chris responded quickly and very helpful. Highly recommend this house for a large family.”

“Property was extremely convenient to get to. Also very clean. The host was informative and responsive it was a great place to stay on our vacation”

“The property was very clean. The kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked. All was in great working order. My only issue was the height of the beds, very low to the ground. This was a slight issue for my mother. We did not have any issues with any appliances or WiFi. I would recommend this property to anyone, as long as they do not have problems climbing stairs. We live in a 2-story house so it was not a problem for us.”

“This place is great. Very roomie. Steve answered every question we had very quickly. We would definitely stay here again.”
