"Good clean room with a bathroom with a window which I love. Staff were very friendly and helpful and there was a great Indian restaurant on site. Our room overlooked the end of the loch and was very quiet. Free on site car parking available and cafes and bars across the road for lunches."

"Generally no complaints and the view from our room was stunningly beautiful. On our first night we were woken at 3am by loud voices, probably influenced by alcohol but the next two nights were quiet. Breakfast, in our opinion, was underwhelming for the price. But perhaps we had been spoilt by the breakfasts at the two previous hotels on our Scottish tour."

"Lovely sea loch views from front facing rooms and terrace balcony at front of building, however the building is in need of investment and renovations to repair the exterior damage."

"The room and bathroom was brilliant, clean, modern, lots of plugs and charging points. Didn’t work out how to use the heating. Breakfast was poor for a 4star. Muesli tasted like cardboard. The orange juice tasted like diluting juice/squash or poor quality at best. Toast machine not good."

"There could be a bigger fridge and also a freezer would be handy. A oven and hob would be useful in the kitchen instead of a wee kinda air fryer."

"No lift. Staff were excellent. Restaurant/Pub are great. This is an older hotel, but that is part of the experience. We had a large room. Everything worked (hot water, outlets, etc.) Plenty of parking. We didn't use the spa/pool, but it looked nice."
