"A beautiful building in wonderful surroundings. There was nothing at all to fault in our stay at Mar Hall. We stayed in one the rooms in The Barn which was a short walk away from the main building and overlooked the golf course. Special mention to the super comfortable mattress and pillows- perfect! The staff were super friendly and helpful and our breakfast on both mornings of our stay were delicious."

"Gorgeous property and very clean room. Felt luxurious to be there. Can't say enough good things about the staff. We were greeted by a friendly staff member as soon as we pulled into the parking lot. Car was parked by valet and bags were taken to our room. Staff were kind and helpful throughout our stay. Would definitely recommend this place to others."

"Our room was very warm. Heater was on when we arrived. Turned it off & opened windows but it took a couple hours to cool room down. Table fan helped. Pictures of bathrooms in website showed that there were very spacious. But in fact our bathroom quite small. The hotel is about a 10 minute walk into town. Overall the hotel was pleasant & staff very accommodating. Breakfast was plentiful & good."

"It was a dream. I was so sad to leave and cannot wait to be back. Dimitri, Eva + Co. were wonderful welcomimg hosts and we felt right at home from the moment we arrived. The rooms are clean spacious filled with elegance and absolutely breathtaking views that make you feel peace the moment you walk in. It was quiet at night and we slept so deeply because of the ambience and warm energy of the house. Amazing history, character and a grand gorgeous historical house and garden.
