「I travel frequently and rarely feel compelled to write reviews, but in this case, the experience warrants it.
Our four‑night stay (July 2026) at Château Arnaud fell well below expectations. The receptionist was consistently rude and offered no assistance when needed, which made the check‑in process and any follow‑up requests unnecessarily unpleasant.
