「Nora is absolutely amazing! This was my first Verbo and it absolutely did not disappoint! We came to Seattle for my daughter’s appointment and needed a nice place to stay and close to everything! This place is so clean and beautiful!! Nora really thought of everything!! Definitely will be staying here again!! The kids enjoyed the back yard and the games she provided for when it rained!」

「We had a great stay here. The home is lovely and comfortable. Highly recommend it. Two caveats - the home is on a fairly busy street, so there was some street noise, but I'm a heavy sleeper and it didn't bother me. It's a ways from downtown Seattle - 45 minutes; it's not a terrible drive, but multi-lane interstate with pretty heavy traffic all the time. If most of your plans are in Seattle, it may be a ways. 」

「I needed to decompress in solitude and this was the perfect spot. The cabin feels secluded and I have a new appreciation for high tides, as it felt like I was at sea. Upon check-in there were several thoughtful little extras: a few snacks, toiletries that may have been forgotten, first aid items, and extra pantry items. 「Dont stay here! The place is nice inside, but if you want to sleep, dont stay here. Train tracks are a block away and blare their horns all night long. There were 3 trains alone from 1-1:30am. I asked to cancel my second night stay and get a refund due to the fact that this noise issue is not disclosed in the posting. The management company, Evolve, has been extremely dismissive and will only give me a refund worth 1/4 of the daily total, even though I gave notice, asked for a refund, and...

「We stayed at this cozy beach house while waiting for our new house to close. Our kids (3 & 7) loved the little playset and the beach and spent most of the week outside. It was great! Communication with the host when a concern popped up was excellent and they promptly responded and handled the situation. We really enjoyed our stay and the view was amazing. If you want to relax and get away for a bit, this is the spot for you!」

「We left two nights early because of having to fight ants from the first night. The place smelled of dogs so strongly we had to open all the windows to air it out. The kitchen cabinets were filthy underneath the dishes so we hand washed everything we touched. The doors underneath the sink almost fell off when i opened them. The house seems to be used regularly but not cleaned well often. I would give a zero rating if I could and would definitely like a partial refund!」

The pictures are good but wait til you see it in person! The owner is so generous and excellent communication.
