Wedding stay

It was great. Location was perfect for my parents to catch the shuttle up to Dantes for my for my daughters wedding. The drain in the master suite needs some work as it is slow to drain.

Great Huge Condo with every amenity

I was shocked how big this condo was, the beds were comfortable, the rooms were clean and the kitchen has every utensil you could need and more. Great location, walk right out to the lifts, hot tub and pool.

Outstanding!

Location is awesome! Condo is very nicely laid out. The only thing it lacked was hot tub access. Three bedrooms were great, as were the bathrooms with plenty of hot water.

Welcoming and comfortable

This property was very welcoming, comfortable and clean. I must have overlooked this, but it is not in Durango. Still our stay in in Purgatory placed us between Durango and Silverton. We would stay here again! Thank you!

End of Summer getaway

Everything you need for a home away from home. Nice location. We made this our home base and made day trips to Telluride, Mesa Verde National Park and Silverton.

Nice large condo

It was nice and had everything we needed for a short stay. We paid $180.00 for a cleaning fee which was fine but then they had an envelope to tip the housekeepers. Shouldn’t $180.00 have gone to them? If not, where is that extra fee going? The front door code was not provided and this made it difficult for my guests that parked in the lot enter the building. Other then that we were very happy. The unit itself was beautiful and well appointed.

Great location. Directly across from Purgatory village. Nicely decorated condo. Plenty of room. Garage parking though door not easy to get open w code. Would love to rent it for skiing this winter.

Comfortable 3 bedroom 2 bath condo

My family of four stayed here for an end of summer vacation. The property is located at the purgatory ski resort. Provided check-in and property instructions were detailed and provided adequate information. The property has comfortable furnishings. However, we quickly noticed a number of issues with maintenance that were communicated to the property manager. To their credit, they responded quickly with regards to these maintenance items. However, it was disappointing that these issues or even present to begin with. It was clear that the property was not being inspected in between guests. The dishwasher does not work properly. This was clearly evident, as there were a number of knives that still had food stains and grease on them. They were also multiple silverware items that still had food residue and grease that required handwashing upon our arrival. The master bathroom closet light did not function, nor did the ventilation fan in the master bathroom. The majority of the property was clean however it was clear that there were areas under the couch and other seating that were not vacuumed. The television had what appeared to be basic cable. However, it was not able to connect to Netflix or Amazon video. Two of the remote controls for the televisions in the smaller bedrooms were broken. Overall, still a comfortable property, but clearly some quality control issues with maintenance that could be improved.

Family Vacation

The condo was perfect for us. Great location, easy access, covered/secured parking. It was a really beautiful condo and had everything we needed. Would definitely stay again. When we arrived the blinds on the sliding glass door appeared broken, but were just not connected at the top, so we fixed them. Someone must have reported it, because the next day a repairman arrived to fix them, but we had already taken care of it. The only thing we didn't get was the code to enter the front door of the building so we had to go through the parking garage.. Not a huge deal, just a little inconvenient.

Great place to stay

This is a beautiful place to stay. Be sure to read and check the charges for activities, like use of the pool, etc. so you have no surprises. Also, not allot of restaurants or grocery stores close by. Durango is actually about a half hour drive from this resort area. There are a few shops and places to get things to eat, but limited right there at the resort area.

Great location

Gorgeous location. We were able to visit Silverton and Ouray one day and Mesa Verde the next. The resort pool and workout room was an easy walk from the condo. We did have an issue with the living room TV. I sent an email at 8pm about the issue and the property management replied within 15min of the email. We appreciated their attentiveness to resolve our problem.
