⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent Stay! We had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The rooms were super clean, spacious, comfortable, and very well maintained. The breakfast was excellent, with a great variety of options. We also really enjoyed the Happy Hour—it was a nice bonus and made the stay even more enjoyable. The staff were fantastic—friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. Great hospitality from start to finish. Excellent rooms, delicious breakfast, enjoyable Happy Hour, and outstanding staff. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

The room was clean. Staff was helpful with suggestions for dinner and checkout. Hot tub was not working and chlorine smell was very strong coming from the pool. Breakfast wasn’t open until 6:30 which was inconvenient for us. Food variety and quality of breakfast was good. Staff was friendly and polite.

We arrived after 5 hours in torrential rain on our motorcycle trip. We were chilled to the bone. Our rooms were not ready so we sat by the pool trying to warm up. The receptionist was able to get us rooms a little early which was a Godsend.

The location is excellent, just 2 blocks from the Durango and Silverton Narrow Gauge Railway. And it is at the south end of the historic downtown. Parking is tight, but we always managed to find a place. We did not try their breakfast, so I cannot comment on that. It rained a lot (Hurricane Polo) just prior to and during our stay. That may be the reason our ground level room smelled musty. It could have used a refresh too.

This was our second stay here. We stayed a few years ago and liked it so we went back. The place is very well maintained and is clean thru out the property. It’s walking distance from Main Street where all the shops are and places to eat. The complementary drinks were spot on. I recommend this place for the people who want to enjoy a nice quiet place to stay.
