Durango has much to offer; the Silverton Train, World Heritage Site Mesa Verde National Park and excellent winter skiing at Durango Mountain Resort. Hundreds of miles of hiking and biking trails, a river for rafting and tubing, and dozens of shops and restaurants. This home is fully equipped with everything you need to enjoy your Durango vacation!

Great lay over

Stayed here one night on a family “Griswald style” road trip. Perfect place! Close to old town Durango and super easy to get to. Would do it again in a heart beat!

Great location and comfy home

Loved the location.. the rooms were great the neighbors friendly and it was the perfect place to bring my 12 yr old. I am a FLC alum and it was like being back in college (living in town) but with a much better place to stay in ❤️ will def be back

We really enjoyed our stay here! We only stayed one night, but the house was perfect for what we needed. It was in a nice neighborhood and walking distance to town. The house was clean and just as described in the listing. We enjoyed sitting on the front porch enjoying the nice weather and watching the deer walk through the neighborhood!

Cute, simple place in a great neighborhood. Nice kitchen to cook in. Comfortable beds. Perfect home base for a couple days in the durango area. All thumbs up!

Great little spot

The house is perfect for a quick visit to Durango. We could walk to the downtown, but it was a calm and quiet neighborhood. The house is very very clean and was perfect for our 2 day stay.

Great spot near downtown

Clean house very close to the river! We had a great time. House was clean and watching the dear walk around like they owned the place was fun.
