“Lovely home that is well appointed for a stay with excellent access to the river and downtown.”

“Lovely place. Just like the description says, it’s small (an efficiency) but modern and very comfortable. Murphy bed plus sofa bed are comfortable. When both are out there isn’t much floor space aside from the kitchen, but then presumably you’re using them to rest so who cares. There is a short (5 minute) and relatively easy walk to the main lift. Would stay here again.”

“My husband and I along with friends stayed for two nights, location was good walking distance to town and we enjoyed the porch, patio and the master bedroom is beyond comfortable. We hope to come back.”

“Had a great bday trip with my son and his fiancé. Condo was so nice inside. Don’t be fooled by the outside which does not have a lot of curb appeal. I do wish the condo had more info on how to use the temperature controls and the fireplace. Other than that the house is fully stocked with anything you might need. I would definitely stay there again.”

“We were a group of 15 and this property was perfect. It had everything we needed and the location is ideal for skiing and hitting the hot springs after. Definitely would come back.”

“We often have trouble finding places with enough bed space when traveling, not here, sore than enough room, all in comfortable beds. All TV’s and appliance clean and working, including BbQ grill on patio. The property is about 10 mins. from Durango and shopping, but we found that a plus. Quiet property on ranch land and we watched deer grazing in the pastures around us while we enjoyed the hot tub. Game room is a plus especially with teens along. We would definitely stay again.”

“Its nice place to stay. Some more grill container required. Right on downtown Durango. Perfect for small family. Parking is not in the premises, during winter/ heavy snow it might be troublesome.”

“This VRBO is my all time Durango favorite. It is even better than the pictures. Clean charming and spacious, it has all the amenities that make it a very comfortable place to stay. Highlights were the gas fire place and deep tub. Definitely will book again.”

“My gamily spent the Christmas holiday here and it was beautiful. We had a fabulous time and the prooerty was oerfect for us. The owners were very responsive to us and we amazing to communicate with.”

“Clean, perfect location. Could have used some shower gel. There was only one small bar of soap for bathroom sink and shower. Coffee but no creamer or artificial sweeteners. So not stocked very well, but would probably come back for location. Just bring your own stuff if you like showers and coffee! :)”
