I had asked front desk for a late checkout. They agreed to noon. At 11AM a very rude man said that I needed to leave. I calmly explained his staff had approved a later check out. He calmed down and all was good. But I was really hoping for an extra hour of sleep since I worked till 4AM.

There were hairs on pillows and the sheets had a dirty smell. The shower had mold and staff kept on knocking on the door for a while just because they thought check out was on Sunday @11am. Did not like the service and the environment so decided to check out that Sunday @12. I went over to front desk to ask for one night refund manager said he couldn’t do anything about it . Terrible service.

Our room smelled like mold/mildew, our ice bucket had mold on it. Shower was dirty still from previous guests, there was hair in the drain. The sofa/bean bag chair in the room was stained. Staff was nice but due to cleanliness we won’t be returning.

The hotel was loud. Could hear every person walking on upper floors and doors shutting. The bed was horrible. Huge dip in mattress like 500 lb person been sleeping in it. Room and hotel very clean. The person checking is in very nice and super sweet. Loved her!
