Wir haben das Haus Villa Swing für ein verlängertes Wochenende gemietet. Das Haus wurde ordentlich gereinigt. Das Haus selbst sieht gut aus, aber die Einrichtung ist leider veraltet und weist einige Mängel auf. Es besteht ein großes Feuchtigkeitsproblem und das merkt man vor allem im Erdgeschoss. Der Fliesenboden ist feucht und es riecht muffig. Auch der Garagenboden, wo die Tischtennisplatte steht, war feucht. Eines unserer Kinder ist beim Spielen ausgerutscht. Die Sofas im Wohnzimmer sehen ordentlich aus, sind aber durchgelegen und daher nicht bequem. Im zweiten Stock, den Schlafzimmern, gibt es keine Brandmelder (mehr). Einige Fliesen in den Duschkabinen sind rissig oder kaputt. Ein Duschkopf ist mit einem Tyrap gesichert. Außerdem war der Grill nicht gereinigt und eigentlich zu schmutzig zum Grillen. Der Wasserhahn in der Toilette im ersten Stock funktioniert nicht und alle Toilettensitze sind „locker“. Der Aufbewahrungsdeckel der Box für die Outdoor-Kissen ist kaputt. Während unseres Aufenthaltes stellte sich heraus, dass die Klärgrube voll war. Glücklicherweise konnte der Besitzer dieses Problem schnell lösen. Alles in allem ist es ein wunderschönes Haus mit großer sonniger Terrasse in wunderschöner Lage, aber es ist kein Haus, das wir noch einmal mieten werden.
