“Stunning location and very friendly, helpful staff. Room decent but a bit small. Could do with a fan as no air conditioning. No lift and don't recommend this area or property if you have mobility issues. You have to pay for breakfast and drinks are also extra. Didn't like that. Breakfast wad ok, bit let down in terms of the very limited offering eg had to pay same for a "veggie option " which was the meat version without sausage/bacon so literally just egg beans and tomatoes which was a rip……

“The cottage itself is lovely, and has a lot of potential. It’s a large cottage which accomodates 5. Lighting wasn’t working in all rooms which was a nuisance and the facilities in the kitchen were dirty and not maintained well. Oven and stove worked, coffee machine filthy. Given that you would hire a cottage to do self catering, it wasn’t one of the better cottages we have stayed in. We found it a cold welcoming, no welcome note, only a small box of biscuits on entry. “Had a great 6 night stay here. Check in was very easy, key safe on the wall outside. As soon as we got inside the cottage, which had a lovely warm welcoming cosy feel to it. We loved all the little extra decorations scattered around. Well stocked with plates, glasses cutlery etc.. Even some extras that we didn't expect like the smoothie blender and spice rack. Only downside was all the towels were bundled in a heap on the bathroom floor. Not sure what had happened here, whether the cleaners had……

“The accommodation is lovely, but incredibly difficult to get hold of any of the staff. I was left on hold for an hour until I could speak to somebody about checking in as they had not sent the check-in details. I lost a pair of trousers at this property. They emailed me to say they had found them and I’d need to send them £30 to get them sent back to me. I then received another email from them saying that they had not found the trousers and they would send me £20 as a gesture of goodwill since……

“Nice size property. Missing the more luxury/comfort items. Garden furniture ok not as images. Has a comfy dining table. Balcony furniture present but not suitable for the area. High stools and table not appropriate needs more relaxing items to make area useful otherwise it was good for drying clothes. Area is central and easy for amenities, cafes, beach, shops etc all easy to walk to. Noisy as near heliport and some days this is busy from early morning till after 10 at night. Not overly……

“Arrived after dark, unable to gain acess to property. No security lighting, very limited parking and key broke in lock. On call seemed perturbed that we had called them out. After gaining access eventually found property had not been cleaned, no bedding , clearly untidy and very poor. Basically , inhabitable. Would not recommend this property.”
