“We had issue with our original property. However, it was esybto communicate with the staff and they promptly moved us to a different property which is even much more better than the previous. Staff were courteous and responded to our needs promptly. Its been less than a few days we moved out. Hence, i am awaiting a refund of the deposit paid. “I’ll keep this as a factual review rather than allowing emotional comments. The communication from the property management team was good, with clear guidance on entry, location etc. That’s where it starts to go wrong. Poorly maintained inside the building with stains all over the floor. 1 x double bed and 2 x single was the description. A double bed was present very very uncomfortable with hardly any mattress comfort, it was like sleep on a wooden block. The 2 x single beds was a……

“The flat was idea for our stay in Newcastle for our daughter's graduation. It is located very close to the city centre and also near Newcastle University. We will definitely stay here again when visiting Newcastle.”

“The house/garden was perfect for us to stop for the night with 3x children. It would have been good to have thicker curtains/or kind of black-out curtains for the bedrooms. The combinations of summer nights and the street lights made life a bit tricker to get children to settled for the night, but the beds was comfortable and big enough to share! The house is literally 3 min drive away for Morrison and that was a bonus as well.”

The owner contacted me at 1:30pm when check-in is at 2pm saying we need to be a £40 cleaning fee and once this is paid then we can get the code to retrieve the house key. This was not stated before booking. We did not pay this fee as the house was no clean. Cobwebs, dust, mould in shower and flies in most rooms as they had left the windows open. “Very nice apartment, big and spacious with all modern amenities. TV massive and VERY fast internet. Land lady made check in quick and easy, also was available at any time to give assistance if needed. would recommend to any and all travellers. ”

“Property needed a deep clean. I sneezed a lot and had black dust come out of my nose. Heating didn’t work sometimes and the room was quite cold. I booked through Expedia and check out said 11 am and I wasn’t told any check out time by the owner. On the morning of check out a cleaner knocked at the door and we shouted we were still inside.
