「Was very disappointed to find the hot tub out of order and the 'heated' pool was not heated. The room itself was good, very clean. The balcony over the pool is cute」

「IHG hotels are always reliable, and this one was no exception. The hotel is located in a quiet area, and everything was clean and tidy. The bed was exceptionally comfortable. However, the soundproofing was poor — I could clearly hear footsteps from the room above. In addition, the air conditioning was quite noisy, which affected the overall comfort of the stay.」

「Good size room with a king size bed. Generally happy with the room but pillows were flat for me but my spouse was ok with them. The only thing I thought should be improved was the breakfast as eggs, bacon and toast were cold. One person was the chef , waiter, and check out person for several people. They should have more staff for breakfast.」

「When we arrived, smell marijuana immediately outside office. A room assigned to us was at the east corner on the 2nd floor only accessible through a crapy stair which was isolated from other rooms. The room inside was completely different from the pictures posted in Expedia. A small Window AC was very noisy. We immediately cancelled the booking although we only got 50% refunds.」

「Very clean and within walking distance of all the downtown shops, the museum, theatre, restaurants, and more. Dog-friendly (a big plus!) and located in a VERY quiet neighbourhood. Communication with the property manager, Ashley, was excellent—she was very prompt and helpful whenever I had a question. The only downside for me was the thermostat control. We prefer a cooler bedroom at night, and the thermostat controlled the entire apartment. Not a negative—just something worth noting for others...
