“The facility was very good. Service was very poor. The desk staff was very poor. She was talking to someone on the phone - about his upcoming stay on SPEAKER. She never looked up as we were checking out. So we just left our keys and left. No complimentary coffee in AM. There was someone sitting in the lobby that morning that just looked up at me and said “The service here is terrible”.”

“I have stayed at many different hotels and resorts over the last 30 years. This Hampton Inn and Suites in Durham was by far one of the best if not the best. The staff were very nice and answered all of our questions. The coffee was always on and hot! The breakfast was very nice and accommodated all of our dietary needs. The location is great as well. Thank you all for making our stay very nice, relaxing, and enjoyable.”
