「Owners did a fantastic job of filling the space with functional and usable items. Very pleased with the ease of access (street parking would've been difficult on one night of our stay, but since we were in a compact car, we were able to use the rear parking). Surrounding area was a little loud (being city center, and all), but our use of the provided noise machine beside the bed made for better sleep. Well appointed space in a super-convenient area!」

「We enjoyed our stay at this gem in Durham! Super clean, great communication with Dylan, proximity to good restaurants etc was ideal and very quiet. Would stay here again!」

「Very clean, cozy place! i stayed here for my daughters time as a commuter at Duke Pre-College. Location is very convenient and less than 6 mins away. The host is very friendly and an awesome communicator! You will love it!」

「Nice place! I would stay here again.」

「The property was perfect for myself and my husband. It was close to Duke’s campus and very convenient for parents weekend. It was very clean and check in and out was simple. It is street parking, which isn’t ideal, but works. I would definitely stay here again.」

「House is neat, clean and nicely done! Definitely will stay on our list for future stays.」
