“Property was beautifully decorated and clutter-free. Kitchen was equipped with everything one might require. Many windows in the property enabled us to enjoy the lakeside views and sunset and ice on the water. Plenty of paper products and linens available. Comfortable beds.”

“We booked this place for a family gathering we had. We had no communication from the property manager regarding how to check in. I messaged through Vrbo, as well as to the phone number and called with no response. I had to call Vrbo to get ahold of her and we finally got our arrival details 2 hours after we were supposed to be able to check in. Upon arrival there were no towels and barely any toilet paper. One of the bed had no sheets and another had no duvet. We found the duvet soaking wet in……
