Inhaberin sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Meine vielen Fragen wurden alle sehr geduldig beantwortet. Großes Plus ist die fußläufige Nähe zum ZOB und HBF. Umgebung der Unterkunft bietet viele Möglichkeiten zur Unternehmung. Insgesamt eine sehr empfehlenswerte Unterkunft.

Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen die Zimmer waren sehr sauber Das Gästehaus liegt sehr zentral und war mit nur paar Gehminuten von der U-Bahn entfernt Das Gemeinschafts Bad wurde morgens immer gereinigt und alle bekamen neue Handtücher Alles in einem eine schöne Unterkunft und preislich echt top Empfehle ich für jeden der einen kurz Trip nach Düsseldorf machen möchte

Es hat mich geärgert, dass bei diesen warmen Temperaturen meine kleine Kühlbox aus der Steckdose gezogen wurde. Zimmer wurde täglich ungebetenen betreten und man konnte dies nicht verhindern. Das Zimmer lag im Dachgeschoss und es hat sich sehr aufgeheizt. Auf der anderen Seite war es bei offenem Fenster nachts sehr laut. Mein Einzelbett war sehr klein und die Matratze schlecht.

I did not enjoy my stay at Gastehaus Grupello. I work while I travel and internet is very important to me and the property specifically mentioned they have WiFi. When I got there I forgot to ask for WiFi password before I paid, so I asked and the woman working said the WiFi is out and they are working to get it fixed. She said it will be fixed. In a few minutes I saw some other people who were at the property and they said the WiFi has been out for two days and it was out until the day I was there. If she told me before I paid, I had free cancellation from expedia and could find another place. It was very frustrating because I was there for a work day. Be careful when you book this property.

Lovely Experience!

The managers were most welcoming and the service is excellent for someone who just needs somewhere to stay the night, not to enjoy the hotel itself. There are no elevators but that should only be a problem if you rented a room on the fifth floor, otherwise it's managable. Overall, excellent stay. I'd visit again!

Sauber und zweckmäßig

Das Apartment ist sehr sauber und der Check in hat super geklappt. Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen und haben uns gleich willkommen gefühlt. Das apartment selbst ist eher altmodisch eingerichtet und sehr einfach gehalten. Man darf keinen großen Komfort erwarten. Das apartment befindet sich in einem Wohnhaus in der dritten Etage ohne Fahrstuhl. Außerdem ist es sehr sehr hellhörig, sodass man aus den umliegenden Wohnungen alles mitbekommt. Nichts für Menschen mit einem leichten Schlaf. Es gibt einen Aufenthaltsraum für alle Apartments in dem man sitzen kann zum Essen oder spielen, auch dieser ist eher zweckmäßig als komfortabel. War haben nur eine Nacht hier verbracht, dafür war es völlig ausreichend. Aber einen längeren Urlaub würde ich für den Preis dann woanders verbringen.

部屋や共有バスルームは綺麗にでしたが、チェックアウトが・・・

チェックイン時の対応はすごく丁寧でしたが、チェックアウト時オフィスが閉まっており、チェックアウト後荷物預かりをお願いしたかったですができませんでした。どうチェックアウトすればよいかわからず、結局部屋に鍵を置きっぱなしにしてきました。 また、部屋でのwifiは全く使えませんでした。共有スペースのみみたいです。 部屋や共有バスルームは綺麗でした

Actually I am very happy with my visit. I got exactly what I expected and paid for. It was calm, had a bed and central location. The tennants are very nice. There are shared bathrooms (3 rooms, 1 bath) but it was clean and never an issue. A bit hot but I could open the window.

Friendly, Family-Owned Inn

I had a good stay here. My room had its own bathroom, which is always welcome. The room I had was very clean and had a large bed with a memory foam mattress. The only word of caution is that there is no A/C, but the very large (European) window opens completely, so unless it stays warm through the night that shouldn't be an issue.

Billigt boende med ganska bra läge

Bodde på hotellet under långhelg för att besöka båtmässan Boot. Rent rum med bekväma sängar. Några minuters promenad till tunnelbana eller 15 min för att gå till "gamla stan". Helt ok om man inte är kräsen. Mycket trevligt bemötande när vi anlände.
