"Bei der Buchung steht es würde keine Rezeption geben. Die gibt es, die Heizungen haben gemacht was sie wollten dementsprechend kalt war es. Man muss für Handtücher Pfand von 6 Euro bezahlen man bekommt nichtmal eins um sich die Hände abzutrocknen. Diese Info wäre hilfreich gewesen davon wussten wir nichts.Wir waren mit unserem Hund da und ich sehe es ein wenn Haarbüschel rumliegen, dass ich die selbstverständlich wegräume. Aber nach dem Aufenthalt zu saugen,wischen etc. finde ich für den Preis...

"Een goede tip: Zorg zeker dat je voor 17h besteld in de eetgelegenheid want deze sluit om 18h. Het is wel lekker eten bij Iris. En anders is er niet veel in de buurt. Zeker op maandag is niet veel open. Er is een Jumbo of Aldi op 10minuutjes rijden. Mooie wandelingen gemaakt aan de oosterschelde en aan de westerschelde. Maar de oosterschelde (krabbendijke) was het mooiste. Yserke heeft ook nog een leuk strand maar het is natuurlijk niet de zee. Ps houd er rekening mee dat je een ladder op...

"Overall very happy with our stay. Greeted on arrival, the guy on reception was very polite and helpful. The bed was huge in the queen room and the room spotless. The only issue was one night there were fireworks being set off in the car park-obviously I have no idea if they were connected with the hotel or if they have any control (if it is a private space or public), however the noise wasn't an issue but the debris that covered the cars in the car park. We left the next day for a trip to find the car covered in debris and pieces off the fireworks meaning we then spent €6 getting the car clean again. It didn't happen again for the remainder of our trip and we would still stay here again if in the area"

"The staff are fantastic and very accommodating. The cleanliness of the hotel was not as good as previous visits. The hallway on the first floor was dirty and needed a good vacuuming. In our room, the headboard and bedside table were damaged. The carpet needed hoovering, the shower rail was loose and the door strip in the shower needed replacing. There was also black mould around the bottom of the shower. The carpark is very tight for parking which isn't helped by people not parking within the designated spaces. The road is very noisy at the front ."
