"Our comfort room was huge and indeed very comfortable. The bed and pillows were great. The balcony was a nice bonus although it was not private, and with the balcony door open anyone could walk in as the balcony was shared along the whole corridor. The lounge with free tea/coffee was a nice idea but it would be so much better to have a kettle and facilities in the room rather than having to carry hot drinks down a long corridor to the room. Lovely big car park and we had no difficulty charging our car. It’s a good 30 minute walk into the centre of town but it’s a pleasant walk along the canal."

"We had a great stay with the location being perfect! The staff too were super helpful and friendly. I’m not a great reader of the small print so never pre-booked parking at the hotel but there is a parking garage right next to the hotel as an alternative which offers cheaper day rates if pre booked."
