Very clean and open. Love the bunk beds for the teenagers and a few adults. Laundry room was a plus. Kitchen and supplies were perfect. It was great for our group. Would recommend it for large groups. Thanks

Even nicer than described
We REALLY enjoyed our stay. Communication was great. The home was very clean with lots of nice amenities that made you feel right at home. The mattresses were very comfortable, and all linens, towels, etc. were very nice. We've stayed at a couple of the 'normal' rooms and cabins at the local resorts and this home is MUCH better than those options. We'll go back for sure.

Just what we needed and then some!
A group of women out in DJ for fishing and this house had it all on top of it being clean with comfy beds/pillows, soft sheets/towel and a fully stocked kitchen! What a dream in a small town.

Perfect fly fishing stay
This property is great for larger groups that want to spend time together after a day on the river. Plenty of space to hang out and cook, eat and relax. The house furnishing were great and the master bath is above and beyond. We will definitely be back.

Great house for large group
This house was perfect for our group of fly fisherman. We poked all our meals in the large kitchen which was well equipped. We loved the fire pit out back and the large deck. Highly recommend for the Dutch John area.

2022 Fishing trip
The house was perfect for our six man fishing group. It was clean, well maintained and spacious. I will definitely be booking this again for our next trip to Flaming Gorge.

Dutch John Vacation Home
We were 4 fly fishing friends who enjoyed our stay at Tim Lunt's VRBO in Dutch John, Utah. It's clean, well equipped, and a great home to stay in. It would be nice to have a spa to relax in after a 'tough' day fishing for big brown trout, but I know you can't have everything.

Primo Base Camp
This is an amazing property to stay in of you are exploring the Flaming Gorge Area. The kitchen was well equipped which was important because there is nowhere to eat in Dutch John, UT in the month of March. There were only 3 of us, we had excess space to enjoy. This place could comfortably sleep 8 adults, more if so desired. The pellet grill was a huge plus. Made me feel at home!

Great location!
Great spot for the fly fisherman. Beautiful accommodations and easy access to a blue ribbon trout fishery in the Green River. Not much food-wise in Dutch John so be sure to grab groceries well before you get in to town!

This house is spacious and extremely well equipped with everything we needed. They thought of everything — from the well stocked kitchen to the amenities and the small touches that helped us have fun as a family. We felt very comfortable here and were pleasantly surprised with all it had to offer. It far exceeded our expectation.

Flaming Gorge trip
We really enjoyed our stay at Dutch John. The house was so nice. It was very clean and well stocked with things you need. So nice to have 2 1/2 bathrooms with lots of room. Beds were very comfortable. We would like to plan a trip here every year if we can get the family together all at once again. Thank you the house is beautiful.
