“The convenience to the beach was wonderful. The room was small but clean and modern. It had everything we needed. I liked having access to the washer and dryer. We would stay here again. Suggestions: full length mirror in the hall leading to the bathroom/assigned parking for each guest unit. (The parking was a "free for all", but in all fairness, it was 4th of July weekend so it may have been busier than usual)”

“Very clean and well equipped including snacks, coffee and all anyone needs.We felt very much at home and will try to book this nice little cottage again on our next Jacksonville trip.Suggestion to Hostess:Suggest you review and modify the sprinkler system so it does not spray well water on the car, leaving hard water spots. The mostly dirt parking area and yard walkway to cottage tracks dirt to the cottage and to the car. Suggest improved in that area. The cottage is delightful!”

“Me and my father thought the VRBO was in a great location and I really enjoyed riding my bike to the beach every morning to work out. They had a ton of great eating spots that were close and walkable! My father is older so he enjoyed walking to the beach for relaxation and taking in the sights!The property was decorated nicely and I loved the screened in porch! Unfortunately only one ceiling fan worked on the screened in porch and the bathroom fan did not work. My initial door code did not work……

“This place was exactly what I needed. Very simple, no frills, but had all the basics and extremely close to the beach. Such an easy walk and the beach access has a new walkway. Bring a bag of ice. No ice maker. There is a counter top ice maker but the ice cubes melt quickly. Beds were comfortable and the air conditioner worked great. What more do you need for a long weekend at the beach.Bring your own beach towels and chairs, like I said, there are only the basics. I would definitely stay here……

“The entire experience was a blessing, although we were constantly on the road visiting family, the Property was a welcome place to call home.The Condo is situated right across the beach access and with the additional parking it aided us when we first arrived and had the family meet us.”
