紐黑文德懷特酒店住宿推介

「Clean and staff friendly 」

「I need the response since the message sensed for a week. I stayed at your hotel and checked in on July 29. At check-in, a $200 security deposit was authorized on my credit card. I would like to ask when this authorization will be released or refunded. As of today, after a week, I have not yet seen the refund or release reflected in my credit card transaction history. Could you please check the status for me? And please do feedback the process. Thank you.」

I love the fact that I had a kitchen with a full size fridge with dish washer and the house cleaning services were on point.」

We were told that they canceled our reservation that morning, and it wasn’t their responsibility to tell us that it was canceled. It was Expedia’s responsibility to call us. So at 11 o’clock at night, there were no rooms available and we had to find a new hotel. The staff was not nice and not helpful at all. When we had Expedia call them, they lied and said they...
