"My experience at this Holiday Inn location on 05/02/26 around 11:00 a.m. was completely unacceptable. The front desk attendant was not at her post and appeared to be hiding in a back office. I only received assistance after asking a housekeeping employee in the coffee area, who had to go into the office to locate her. Guests should not have to track down staff just to get basic service. When she finally came out, her attitude was openly rude and dismissive. She provided vague, minimal answers and, when I asked reasonable follow-up questions, she reacted with clear irritation—rolling her eyes and frowning at my wife. That kind of behavior is disrespectful and unprofessional under any circumstances. When I asked for her name, she refused to provide it and instead claimed she was the manager, stating no one else was available to assist. She then abruptly walked away mid-conversation and returned to the back office without offering any help or resolution. I have stayed at many Holiday Inn properties over the years, and this was by far the worst level of service I have experienced. If this individual is truly a manager, that makes the situation even more concerning. This reflects a serious failure in customer service standards and accountability."

"It's a pretty clean place to stay but the building itself is in need up some upgrades/maintenance. The rooms are not very sound proof, stains on the carpet in the rooms and the bathtub hot water tap didn't work it would just bring itself to max heat without touching it during use and the pool was seemed really cold."

"Amazing stay. Just stopped one night but was great. Staff kind and welcoming. They serve food and drinks for guests which was nice. Room was good. Breakfast was hot food and good as well. Definitely recommend."

"The hotel it self has a odor that was not appealing, the staff at check in was very pleasant but when I checked out the lady at the desk was not so nice, had a smart smart tone in her voice. The room also had an odor but overall the stay was okay it could have been better. "
