"This Inn is a old and unique experience. The Lake is beautiful also. The Innkeeper and there staff is awesome. Going again."

"The cottage was beautiful and very clean. The host responded quickly to me. Pet friendly. Steep walk way to water. Outdoor chairs were not sturdy. Cameras everywhere which made me uncomfortable. Walked the roadway to walk dogs and host contacted me to stay off other people’s property. No private property signs either. We were checking out the for sale sign and empty land that was for sale. We were never on anyone else’s property. This upset me. Otherwise a nice place to stay."

"The owner made checking in very easy and was very flexible about what time we arrived. The bathroom and kitchenette were well appointed; the bedroom was quaint and cosy. The house is only a block from Haliburton’s Main Street, within easy walking distance of many restaurants and stores as well as the library, the post office, and the public park on the lake. This is a great starting point for exploring the many beautiful aspects of the Haliburton Highlands."

"The cottage is in a great location. AC actually worked as advertised. We have had AC cottages in the area before and they barely worked. This location is 100% family friendly. Lots of water equipment to use. Looked almost brand new. Dock was amazing. Did not rent a boat this year so we really used it to just sit around on. Did not get to use the fire pit due to weather, but there are plenty of seats around it and it is fairly large. 11 min drive into downtown Haliburton and 30 min to Minden. Plenty of space for food we brought as both fridges were full sized as well as a smaller deep freezer. Plenty of space inside the cottage. Internet access was way better then we have had out in Haliburton. Only recommendation I would have is a safety/hand rail to the basement especially for kids and seniors."
