Two beautiful and welcoming cottages for family or friends looking to have a wonderful time. Quiet and peaceful neighborhood with a two-minute walk to a private beach. There is also a smaller private beach that allows dog access. Part of the exclusive Eagle Bay Park Association. Only a few minutes from Old Forge and Inlet... popular attractions in the area. Water Safari, Bald Mountain, Hiking, boating, fishing, and nightlife.

Wonderful Escape

The pictures do not do the property justice. Lots of room in both cabins. With dining and kitchen areas in both, had coffee maker and Keurig's in both buildings as well. And more important than the Lake being close, the ice cream shop is closer!! Also, a nice souvenir shop, restaurant and landmark Donut Shop are within walking distance as well. We look forward to staying here again, but are hoping this review doesn't cause it to be booked when we plan our next trip.

Perfect choice for multi-family getaway

Communication with owner was timely and quick with information throughout. He provided timely reminders throughout our stay of garbage day and checkin/out procedures. We arrived to find the property just as listed. Two fully furnished cottages each with a fully stocked kitchen, dining set, 2 bedrooms, and a bath. The front cottage has an airy screen enclosed patio with additional dining and sitting area which was perfect for morning coffee. Clean sheets were on the beds and fresh towels in the closet. The outside offers a fire pit and chairs to enjoy the cooler Adirondak nights and a gas grill. The back cottage has a more updated look but it’s clear the owner is putting time and effort into this property including a new water filter and well. The tap water was fresh and clean tasting so we never felt the need to buy bottle water. The furniture is comfortable (with exception of the back bed which has a rock hard mattress!) and provided a great place to wind down in front of a large TV (in each cottage). The beach is about 0.1 mile away and an easy walk. It was raked every morning. Most days it was not too crowded to enjoy and also provided access to a boat ramp. Even so, we didn’t know where rented kayaks could be delivered so we unfortunately we decided to forego that idea. WI-FI is great at the property, cellular is hit or miss (per usual of the area). Overall a great option for multi family or family with older teens who might want their own space.
