The house was so beautiful, and so well appointed - the perfect place for our small family gathering. The hosts responded quickly to the few questions that we had, and the whole experience was wonderful. 」

「The place was like something out of a fairy tale. We had our grand daughters with us and the theme was princess. They dressed up and decorated. It was really fun. They played outside and inside, plenty of room. Everything we needed was there. The frig was large enough to keep everybody well fed. 」

「We were looking for a place that we could bring our dog, was peaceful, near water, and mainly relax. This bnb is just that plus more. The decor inside is romantic, cozy, and whimsical. Waking up to the sunrise and mountians as your alarm clock was incredible. Enjoying a cup of coffee or beverage of choice on the front deck and seeing the occasional deer, IMPRESSED! Total peace and serenity. We cant wait to go back. Thanks Liz!!!!!」

「House is very clean with a nice kitchen. Nice setup for multiple couples with each bedroom having it’s own bathroom. 」

「Wonderful host, great location, close the the race track for us. Less the 15minute drive. House has everything you need. Quiet, comfortable, nice patio at front of house and on the lake. We completely enjoyed our stay.」

「As advertised: Beautiful Mountain vieews- Close to Manchester where there is plenty to do….. one of the best book sites we have ever found anywhere.Great hiking trails nearby and a solid history brings it all together beautifully.」

「Stayed here for a weekend with a family of 19. Everyone had a great time! Great onsite amenities and nearby places to explore. Loved that each room had a private bath as we had multiple families, some with little kids. I wish the kitchen area was bigger as we spent most of the time there, especially in the mornings making breakfast. Host was very responsive and accommodating!」

「The house was generously sized to fit our group of 12 and everyone had plenty of room to spread out and explore. The pond was fantastic and we all fell in love with Gary the resident duck. Indoor pool and hot tub were excellent and clean. The views from the porch were incredible! We had some very hot weather and the AC kept up pretty well. If planning to cook and serve own meals would recommend bringing large disposable bowls and serving trays. If catering, highly recommend Chickadee Catering....

「The property was perfect for our long weekend. Great location and amenities. Comfortably fit 5 adults. We would stay here again if we come back! 」

「The Roost is a very fun diner themed apartment which is located a convenient distance from Albany and Saratoga. It was clean and spacious. My only complaint was that the one bedroom has a double and twin beds not two double beds. We had plenty of space, but the beds weren’t exactly as described. I would have loved a few notes on local restaurants, grocery stores etc - and some more detailed information about the space- but it didn’t negatively impact our stay in any way- would definitely...
