"We took long time to check in. And when we found the key was not workable, we spent long time to wait for helping. Breakfast was very bad. When we entered restaurant at 8am,we found almost no food there, as well as no utensils. We had to walk to McDonald to eat."

"The house is even prettier than the pictures, with striking views of the river and mountains beyond. We arrived to a fridge filled with the best smoked salmon I've ever tasted as well as homemade goose sausage (yum!). The house was spotless and there was a vase of fresh flowers in the living room. ..."
