「Beautiful view from this cabin! Quiet and peaceful location just a short drive from Eagle River. We had a couple questions and the host answered right away. We would stay here again」

Upon arrival, I noticed that the cabin and facilities do not match what was advertised. I am requesting a partial refund or compensation due to misleading advertising and the service not matching the description. 」

「The Downtown cottage was perfect for our 3 days. 2 nights in Anchorage. Check-in was easy and the host provided details before we arrived. The home had everything we could need. With 2 teenagers in our family of 4, everyone had their space. It was very conveniently located. 」

「Hate to be so negative but we were extremely disappointed. If I wasn’t so tired we would have picked up and left! Dead bug on my bedside table was only topped but the live one crawling behind it! There was major work being done on the road ways next to our bedroom windows that was something the owners were notified of. We were not told about it and they work until 10-1030pm at night. 「Easy access and well managed and super clean apartment. The hot tub is amazing and a great way to start your recovery from a day on the slopes, or whatever your activities! The proximity to the Double Musky was great for a quick drop in and far enough from the highway to not hear the noise! Thank you for a great stay!」
