“We had a great time here! The few negatives: the bed was really hard (but it was nice to have a king size bed), the room was cooled by an old school ac unit, which was loud, and kicked on and off, and the room was very dated and not very sound proof. I heard the birds early in the morning, very clearly. HOWEVER, I know they're slowly renovating the rooms so I'm giving allowance for that. The staff were wonderful, helpful and friendly. The atmosphere was really fun with the fire pit and the bar……

“Very nice property and plenty of beds for everyone. Everyone enjoyed the garage game room and pool! Only complaint is that it was not stocked with supplies as well as other VRBO's we have stayed at. Ran out of toilet paper and garbage bags after the 2nd day.”

“The Sundowner Lodge was an absolutely incredible stay and I can't recommend it enough for you and your family to stay here. Tons of space, impeccably clean, and plenty of activities for everyone. The kitchen has a lot of cabinet and seating space which was great for our large group. We used the hot tub every day, swam in the indoor pools, played games, and watched movies in the comfy theater room. But, best of all - THE VIEW!!! Absolutely incredible panoramic view of the lake. We will be back to……

“Brand new home with gorgeous and spacious outdoor seating, perfect for watching sunsets or drinking coffee in the morning. Kids loved being downstairs with the rock wall, arcade and hot tub. So much to do we didn’t even get to the ping pong table or corn hole! Basketball and tennis courts. Hills for walking. Minutes away from a great market, and also my favorite, Dogwood Canyon. They’ve taken a lot of care to accommodate a lot of people in a single home, and it paid off! We had 4 adults and 5……

“We rented this house for my sisters, their spouses, our parents and all the kids!! It was the best house and had everything we needed plus lost more we loved! The house is decorated in such a modern chic way and I loved every detail. I was amazed at how many seating options there were for all of us. We never felt we were crammed with 17 people and everyone had their own space. The hot tub and game room downstairs was a HIT for the kiddos. “This place was beautifully and stylishly decorated and very clean. Pictures do not do the place justice. The main bedroom is very good sized. The second bed is up a narrow spiral staircase that our kids enjoyed…but I am not sure we would have enjoyed climbing up and down so much. There isn’t any sort of view out the windows, but that didn’t bother us since the lake was steps outside the door. Plus, the location gives you access to all the recreational equipment at the campsite next door……

We were close to Eureka springs and less than an hour from Branson making it a perfect central location for our stay.
