"The property was very clean, and the staff were responsive to our requests. Note to travelers that staff are not on site. When we arrived, the room key was not available as was listed in the email we received. They didn’t find our reservation until I told them it was through Expedia. They did, however, quickly rectified the situation. The continental breakfast is very basic but adequate. All that being said, the hotel is a good value for the money."

"Our only real complaint ws that the carpet was very spotted and needed cleaning. And as an older person trying to get into the bunk bed, an angled ladder with wider steps would have helped -- as well as difficulty getting over the bed railings upon reaching the top of the rungs. Not going to be an issue for most families! Some kind of furniture with drawers in the second bedroom would also have been better. At first glance having the sink in the bedroom instead of the bathroom looked inconvenient, but with four old ladies vying to get thier turn at the snk and mirror, it turned out to be perfect. I woujld reccomend towel racks near the sink, though. In all, we had a lovely time and found the family room to be just right for our little group. Nice location betwen Fish Creek and Ephraim. Quiet with very nice grounds"

"Such a great little spot for a weekend getaway! The staff was friendly, the rooms were clean, and it was quiet and relaxing. The location was perfect—tucked right between Fish Creek and Ephraim, making it easy to enjoy both areas. The bathrooms were on the smaller side, but totally manageable for the two of us. We also loved the little extras, like free coffee in the mornings before 10 and complimentary bike rentals. Overall, a cozy, convenient, and relaxing place to stay!"
Cozy Cottage Duplex: Walk to Peninsula State Park!

"Great location! Walking distance to trails and the observation tower at Peninsula State Park. Appreciated the presence of a fire pit and placement such that it was private from the other cottages. Property was as pictured and clean. Very simple check-in and check-out process. We ended up buying a cookie sheet and would have appreciated a cheese grater and a pair of scissors in the kitchen. Those are the only reasons for a less than 5 star review :)"
