“We’re in NZ for the famous trotting Rowe Cup. Home was equidistant from Airport, horse sales complex at Karaka and Alexandra Park trotting track.”

“We arrived late so really appreciated the fully stocked pantry and fridge eggs juice bread fruit and so much more. There's a few steps up to the apartment but the view is worth it. The interior has all the luxury trimmings of five star retreat clean quiet super comfortable bed and each bedroom has it's own ensuite. Our hosts Tanya and Noel were so friendly and ready to help with anything we needed. Thank you for making the last part of our trip memorable”

“At night , no staff at the check in counter , course of the filght arrival at 2235 , we show up hotel around 11pm ,but we can’t see and contact any staff, after 15-20 mins ,should be a indian staff show up and ask me is it check in.”

“The design of the washroom is unsatisfactory. The shower curtain does not extend to the floor, and the washroom is very wet after shower. As the hotel does not make up room everyday, the washroom condition is quite untidy. ”

“Reasonable price and good location,we had a nice stay, we stayed in higher floor with a good view , and there is a small kitchen and living area , it was very convenient to a family with a little one ~ But parking is not free , and not cheap ! ”

“距鬧區只一條街，公園 天空塔 步行街，皆5分鐘即可到達，非常方便，唯有停車收費nzd 35 一晚 美中不足，兩間房兩套衛浴 有爐台 烤箱 大冰箱 排煙機 還有洗碗機 洗衣烘乾機 真的很讚”

“酒店已經很老舊， 沖涼門和乾衣機門都關不好，隔籬房門開關時，好像恐怖片配樂一樣。唯一可取是位置在Queens 路上。”

“距離火車站僅三分鐘，住宿在奧克蘭的最中心繁榮地帶。附近超商也很多間，相當方便。房間內廚房烤箱、微波爐、冰箱都有，想自行下廚很方便。也有提供洗衣烘衣機。 唯一一個缺點就是附近很吵，淺眠的可能會無法好好休息”

“有洗衣機和乾衣機, 可惜乾衣機於住宿時壞掉不能使用, 也並沒有及時維修.”
